We begin with first determining the goal: how a particular project is to be defined and achieved. We then form a team with each member given a particular domain to look after. We finalize an approach based on which project strategies are drawn.
Drawing is finalized after various evolutions of the plan. Estimates of material and manpower are drawn up. Pieces of equipment such as excavators, props, scaffolding are listed. Plans for site office and site store room.
Reliable vendors are chosen from the databank of vendors. Quality and cost are compared and material finalized without compromise on quality. Delivery of material on site is scheduled. Task allocated to individual managers to see that the work progresses on schedule.
Nitty-gritty of construction is worked out. Safety and security are factored into the process. Allocation of men and material at site.
Deployment and storage are monitored.
Work begins with foundation. Piling or pillar work begins followed simultaneously by construction of sump. Curing is done on a daily basis on all the pieces of constructed work. This stage is followed by block or brick work. Before RCC or Reinforced Cement Concrete, scaffolding and centring are erected. Electrical pathways are determined and conduits laid out. Once the roof is laid, plastering begins. After plastering, floor is laid followed by first coat of paint and then by aluminium work. Ducting and electrical work follows. False ceiling now begins followed by electrical installation work such as AC. Second layer of painting is applied and work on the outside now follows.
Budget allocation are periodically compared and controlled. Running bills are prepared and processed on time. Care taken to reduce financial issues and overshoots to close to 0%. Payments and wages to workers, suppliers and vendors are made on time.
As quality is the watchword, we ensure that material and work are of top grade quality. No compromise on that.
Our head office is the hub of all communications between managers and workers on site, client and administration and finance at head office. Daily reports will reach all managers on time. Weekly status reports will be posted to clients as well.
Once the project is finished and compared with final drawing to ensure standards and quality, key is handed over to the client along with final drawings.
